Overview

The importance of business ethics cannot be over-emphasised. In Africa, business ethics is not so well developed and faces many political, cultural and socio-economic challenges. Commercial and non-commercial organisations are expected to conduct themselves ethically in their operations and in many cases, some have been found lacking in this regard. The aim of this conference and exhibition is to bring together multi-stakeholders to provide the much-needed business ethics knowledge, explore challenges, analyse trends, showcase modern tools and resources including technology and provide solutions. It also seeks to provide opportunities for learning, growth and corporate partnerships, all in the quest to promote ethical cultures in organisations and ethical leadership for Africa.

Additionally the conference will provide a continental platform for industry leaders and stakeholders to collectively address increasing challenges by synchronizing views and refining concepts to achieve the expectations of the business community and its stakeholders. Speakers

The conference seeks to cover the broader perspectives and thought leadership views, of strengthening business ethics in organisations, industries and states. Speakers are expected to derive their presentations from succesful case studies, proven methodolodies, international best practices, address current challenges and propose future focused pathways.
